CBT training?

Hello...

Tomorrow i have to go for my CBT training day but what i want to know is what you have to do in a bit of detail if that is ok please and also... do you have to learn the highway code for a test or something too???

I think you are over preparing for CBT they will teach you every thing you need to know it will be as ez as One Two Three. so breath and in joy this class can be a lot of fun.

At my class we were in a parking lot the whole time.  We never even went out onto the road at all.  They just taught us the basics then we had to go through the course of like 6 or 7 obstacles for the test.  It was quite easy and fun.

The morning is spent learning about road positioning on the bike & basic controls. In the carpark, you will learn to move the bike off, move through the gears, then do circles, figure of eights & emergency stops.

In the afternoon, you should go out on the road with the instructor, wearing an earpiece so he can give you instructions & directions. At the end of the day, you should get your cbt certificate, which lasts for 2 years.

You will need to do the highway code when you decide to do your full/big test, as you need to do hazard perception & a written test before you can do the test for the 500cc and over bikes.

You will start by going around in the car park in and out of cones,then you will do braking and pulling of safely once you have all these you will go on the road with instructor its a good day out you will not have to do any highway code on that day good luck and enjoy
