CD/DVD DRIVERS?? Acer Aspire 3100?

Hi I am in need of finding the driver for my CD/DVD player on my acer aspire... Can anyone help me??

hi Reynardine

            by default windows dosnet require any driver for cd/dvd roms.however it depends what type of drive they are for example if they are pcmcia type dvd/cd rom drives they may need some firmware/drivers

            go to http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/not... were you will find a easy to use driver finder,simply choose the respective version of windows and then using the drop down box select the driver you need

            for your reference theres a cd based driver avalible,the biosn ccd driver i presume is for some specific acer related cd/dvd drive
