CD Not Ejecting From Laptop?

My CD will not eject from my laptop when I press the Eject button.

Every time I try to eject it through my driver properties it says it is in use by another program yet I am not using anything to burn or play it.

What should I do?

  1. this happened to me before, theres a tiny hole next or near the eject button, get a toothpick or safety pin and poke the tiny hole and ur cd should eject right away
