CD PLAYER IN CAR WILL NOT TAKE CD'S

i HAVE A PASSAT 2003 VW, AND THE CD PLAYER WILL NOT TAKE CD'S. i HAVE CLEANED IT RECENTLY AND IT WOULD WORK, BUT NOW IT WONT EVEN TAKE THAT CD. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THIS FIXED?
