Both CD and DVD drives are not working. It asks for "insert a disc" or sometimes blank. It can not open file or write file. It does not recognize anything is in the drive.Icons are there; device drivers are there; device status says "This device is working properly".PC has XP. Other programs run okay. Floppy drive is okay.Thanks for any suggestions.Howard
