I recently bought this product, I was trying to capture footages from the VCR and trying to burn it onto DVD, when I go to "Burn to DVD, I uploaded the clips, chosen the menu, and when i got to the option to choose which Burner drive to use, It doesn't show any burning devices, WHAT"S GOING ON? please i need an answer to fix this problem
