A CD is stuck in my borhter's Bose CD player, a 3-2-1 Series II DVD Home Entertainment System which he bought at Sears around 2 years ago . Sears doesn't carry this brand anymore but will still accept it at their contract repair center. My brother is hesitant to leave it to them and prefers to have it repaired by Bose professionals or more reliable place.

What's your opinion?
