I feel like I'm ovulating, I have a lot of symptoms, but my OPK is negative? Can OPKs be wrong?

If it matters, I have a 27 day cycle.

  1. Opks can be wrong. You are probably about to ovulate within a couple of days. I would continue to monitor until you detect your surge.  Good luck and tons of baby dust!

  2. how long have you been trying because maybe instead of trying the opk, you should try an ept, sounds like pregnancy symptoms to me.

  3. If the pain in the left abdomen gets worse and becomes sharp and/or stabbing, please go to the ER. It's a major sign of an ectopic pregnancy and it's life threatening. With an ectopic pregnancy, some women have the pregnancy hormone present and some don't. Please don't be scared, just be careful.

    Some other signs are:

Cramping, usually concentrated on one side of the abdomen but does sometimes spread throughout

Sharp/stabbing pain, usually on one side

    Nausea/dizziness

Pain in the shoulder (if this happens, go to the ER IMMEDIATELY because it's a sign of internal bleeding)

Again, I'm sure everything's fine, just be careful. Good luck.
