CDL Training for the Deaf?

Question

Does anyone know where you can get CDL training (truck driving) if you are deaf or hard of hearing? I tried looking maby though a deaf school, but I don't know were to start. We need one close to Ca or in Ca, or in Tx. I think only certin states allow it but I'm not sure.

what about parked over to using videophone communicate with netbook?? we can find a way successful for deaf community i have no experienced with CDL i am getting ideas
