My unit (4yrs old) turns on, blows very minimal cool air out it. The heat part is working fine, however when set to cool the back is blowing cool air out of it not warm like it's supposed to. It is clean and the filters are new. I can't seem to find a reset switch. If anyone has any troubleshooting tips I'd really appreciate it .

  1. Could be low on Free-on.  According to law, this can only be added by a someone certified to handle it.  This would require a service call.

  2. really a/c is not a do it yourself sort of thing unless you can get refridgerant you cant do anything more than likely your low on refridgerant call a tech running it like that you could ice up and or do damage to your compressor
