The Arizona Diamondbacks Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Derrick Hall had some difficult moments in life when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer some time ago. His recovery from this lethal ailment is now almost complete as he is returning to his day to day affairs of handling the Diamondbacks’ front office.
As soon as he started working again, he received media attention as many were pretty impressed with his energy and the level of determination in him as he recovered quickly with his passion to serve the Diamondbacks. Recently, after a little break, he started working again for the betterment of the franchise. Speaking to several media personalities, Derrick Hall told them with acute precision as he still feels very positive for the Diamondbacks and the relationship he possesses with the franchise.
He told reporters that he is ready to serve the Diamondbacks for a long period of time in order to bring slight stability in the club for more consistent results.
Derrick Hall said, “Any time they've contacted me, I've said that I'm very happy where I'm at, Obviously, I'm very happy where I'm at, and I don't foresee myself going to another team. This is where I want to be, the organization that we're building, and I don't envision myself going anywhere. It's a big part. It's where I started my career and learned and cut my teeth. And I know the fans and have a good relationship with the media and former players. It's a lot of familiarity and comfort there, but nothing beats where I'm at or what I'm doing now.”
Hall previously has spent almost 12 years in the Los Angeles Dodgers organisation. He was truly a team man leading from the front, as he established an offensive attitude towards the game in the franchise.
As soon as Hall came into the Diamondbacks franchise, he created a brand new strategy of bringing everybody on board on every serious issue. From salary talks to new signings, Hall took care of every matter and remained successful in his efforts to bring more consistency to the Arizona based Major League Baseball team.
