so true very young and drunken crowd. Taxidriver don't even like stopping in front of the place at the end of the night! I know this cuz I had a hard time getting one and when I finally did he told me that they never go near the place..

if you not too fussy bout where you want to go,dont mind people spilling their drinks everywhere,or the feeling of being jammed in like sardines then the place it OK.if ou want something more then that find a better place to go:)much over rated reality not as good

Not my seen at all.  Enjoyed the guiness tour though and I am not a drinker myself.  highly recommended

Midweek it is full of teacher, guards and nurses and yes students! It is very tacky and usually packed to the gills, never been there on a weekend but go midweek if you are up for the craic! (just make sure you are hammered first! it's not a place to be sober!)

If you're a rowdy teenager/college type, then yes. Other places like it are Qbar, 21s, City Bar, Zanzibar, Fitzsimons and Heaven (in Blanchardstown, if that's any nearer)

For a slightly younger crowd [as in 16 - 18, though both are over 18s] try Redz (kind of a rough crowd) or Barcode (mix of roughs and snobs)

If you prefer something more rock/indie orientated Eamonn Doran's in Temple Bar is great. Fiber's on Parnell St. is more metal.

Depends on what you are into and your age, if you are under 23 then this will probably be alright for you
