  1. Yes. In cities that border Canadian cities like Detroit and Buffalo they get the local CBC affiliate from whatever Canadian city is closet to them. For example all of the Metro Detroit area is able to get the signal from CBET, the CBC of Windsor just fine. Although with TSN securing the rights to broadcast all CFL games, no American city will get to watch CFL games which is very unfortunate as I like to watch the CFL.

Hm, that sounds as if it could work CCYH. Americans do indeed like their football and since ESPN (which is actually a subsidiary of Disney) has a stake in TSN they could possibly do it. Only problem is that except for the cities that are on the border or those that had teams in the CFL's brief venture into the United States not that many Americans know about the CFL.

  2. Buy DirecTV or DishNetwork and get the sports package.  Channel 644 on DirecTV had games on each week.

  3. TSN now has secured the rights to show all the games. TSN is affiliated with ESPN - so maybe on ESPN 2 or something like that for this year. Other than satellite I don't think there are many options to see the game in the U.S.

  4. Americans love our football and the whole summer there is none and the Cfl is played in the summer. Espn could do like a Wendy's Cfl game of the Week every week and I think a lot of people would watch and if the Tv anocurers could explain the rule differences there wouldn't be a lot of confusion. I think this should definetely happen.
