Question:

CHANGE OF WORKING HOURS QUESTION.

My working hours look like they will have to change soon, although not increasing they will change. I am part time and job share with another person. There are a team of four of us. One has resigned, one is on maternity leave which leaves two for now. We have also been told that when the person on leave returns, one of the three will be made redundant. My question is do I have to accept the change in hours? And if I refuse the change in hours will they then have to make me redundant. Can you please advise me on my rights in this matter. Many thanks for your time.
