CHEAP Accomodation for family of 6 (4 beds needed) in Downtown Toronto for July 18-21. Any Ideas?

Toronto is a very expensive city.  I don't know of any cheap hotels, even the Courtyard is $200 a night.  

But there are hostels in Toronto, and if you have not traveled in hostels before I highly recommend them for family travel.  The Canadian Backpackers Inn is right downtown near the CN Tower, and the Global Backpackers Village is in a neat building, and only a few blocks away.
