  1. Revlon Colorstay liquid eyeliners.. around 9 bucks..

It's fairly priced and although it isn't waterproof, it doesn't smudge (it does fade after a long time though)..

If you want cheaper than that, get ready for some low-quality eyeliners.

  2. Hey, I love the line Pantina. You can get it at Sally Beauty Supply. It'll be hard to put it on at first but it will get easier and you'll look hot!

    :)

  3. Depends what you think cheap is. I have used Wet n Wild ($2) and Prestige ($5) liquid eyeliners. Both work exactly the same. The only thing that is different is the brush. One is sponge-like, which is probably easier for beginners. (Prestige) The other has bristles (Wet n Wild) and is rather difficult to apply correctly. Neither of these brands smudge or fade, unless gotten wet. (Rain, shower, etc.)

Feel free to try the more expensive brands. I have never bought or tried them out. I haven't found it necessary. The cheap versions work perfectly fine.

No liquid eyeliner is easy to apply the first time. It does take patience and practice. It can be rather difficult and tricky because most of us don't have a perfectly steady hand. Keep Q-Tips handy. You will mess up, but don't get discouraged! Eventually, you'll get the hang of it.

  4. covergirl has a liquid liner pen which make the application a little bit easier. just remember that liquid liner takes practice and a steady hand so practice a lot and if you mess up try taking a wedge sponge with a little foundation on it to cover up your mistake or just start over. good luck i hope this helps. if you have any more makeup questions let me know i work as a beauty consultant and makeup artist at ulta so i know a lot of tips and tricks. :)

  6. Their are Soooooo many liquids.

Just find one that you like.

    They all pretty much work.

But if you are replacing the stick for the liquid,

just make sure that you don't put the liquid on the bottom.

    Hope that helps!
