  1. You can take http://www.nationalexpress.com from Heathrow Airport to Swansea.  Alternatively, http://www.megabus.co.uk to Cardiff (£5 from Victoria bus station currently), then rail or National Express the rest of the way.

http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/... and http://www.virgintrains.co.uk might also help -- the latter showing advance purchase Heathrow-Swansea £25 single journey.

  2. I'd have thought you have to catch a train to Paddington from Heathrow and then to Swasnia from there.  Pretty simple really.  Heathrow Express goes to Pado, as do trains to/from Wales.  Off peak it'll cost about 90 quid.  Could be cheaper catching a bus or tube into London from the airport, but will add time to a journey that's already over 5 hours.

    National Rail link looks right.

  3. I think the website is pretty self-explanatory. What is there to be confused about? It's a timetable for all the trains in the UK.

If you want to purchase tickets online, however, you'll need to visit the site below:

BTW, train prices in the UK are a complete rip off.
