  1. Youtube has plenty of video.

Do a search for Baduanjin, which is 8 pieces of Brocade - an old Qigong routine that builds overall health and well being.

There are plenty of different routines out there.

  2. Don't try to learn qigong from a video or a book.  Other than a medical qigong form like "8 Brocades of Silk," the external movements mean very little.  You need a qualified instructor to clue you into what you are actually doing with the qi as the external movements are going on.

Some people who are great at theories and write wonderful books may not be the same in practice or teaching.  Again, seek a qualified instructor.  Qigong is a life-long exploration, but one shouldn't need a life-time to learn a practical amount.

  3. Look on youtube.com and you could also check out Taijiworld.com, if you have $20 or so I would recommend anything by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming of YMAA publications.  He is a foremost practitioner and instructor of Qigong or Chi KUNG.

I would strongly recommend you buy the book Secret of Chinese Qigong by Jwing-Ming before you begin any other pursuit as your understanding of what you are doing is the most important part of Qigong theory and practice.

    edit-

Everybody knows that a real life instructor is the most important and best way to learn. Although, if you don't have immediate access to one and have some experience and want to continue to train, sometimes you have to go it alone for a while. That's Ronin.

If you know a form already, you can just practice that form while watching the DVDs and following up with reading the books on the theories. There are forums out there such as this one where you can talk with people about all things Qigong esk. If you want to ask more just do it on here and I can help with what I know or where I can guide you to somebody who does.

    Edit-

As something to add to Sensei's suggestion... visit...

http://www.taijiworld.com  That site should lead you to another within it that has videos, teaching, and interpretations from the acclaimed Erle Montaigue. Try it out, it's worth the visit.
