chi products are professional products. that means you cannot buy them in a salon without a cosmetology license. so a salon is the only place you should be able to legally buy them.

Well Im not sure where you live or what you have there...

But you can always go to (sorry for saying this) your local salon and see if they have it, If not ask if they know where you can get it...

You could also try sally's if you have one near you...
