CIMT and some traffic tickets affect my F1 visa....??

I got arrested and convicted for shoplifting.. but i think it will be under ``petty offence exception``... I didn`t go to the jail, i wasn`t probation... and i had to pay $ 260 for fine... but i have some traffic tickets ( DWI but no arrested.. cout said its just like a speeding ticket... and 3 speeding tickets)... how it will affect my visa? is it under `` petty offence exception..???

The way you describe the theft charge, it certainly sounds like it's a CIMT classifiable as a petty offense. If you only have one petty offense, that's fine. You'll get the K-1.

The DWI could be problematic if the conviction was for DWI, but you said it wasn't.
