CMS System just for editing text and pictures. I want an easy cms system upload and just edit on the page

I dont want facy modules or anything. Just a simple cms system that edits pictures and text on like a 4 page website.

There are quite a few free and good content management systems that allow you to easily do what you requested.  If you're looking for a blog style CMS I would recommend wordpress as it is easy to set up and has a huge community that answers questions.  If you're looking to do something other than a blog I would recommend Joomla for the same reasons as above.  Check out the Joomla site for a demo.
