Obama didn't have much of a bounce after the convention.  That spells trouble for Obama.  And now the DNC is all but forgotten, superseded by the announcement of Palin.

Only in your dreams...Palin will energize the conservative base.  Those folks were already for McCain. They just weren't too enthused about it.

Palin is quite extreme in her views. She will surely repel as many as she attracts.

The only poll I listen to is the Gallup Poll, and according to that as of today Obama is still up by 6 points, 48-42

Funny, the poll I saw had Obama up by 6 to 8 percentage points, but whatever helps you Republicans sleep at night.
