Well, you don't say what you've done to clear the code.  The code indicates that the voltage from the throttle position sensor is lower than would be expected.  This can be caused either by a poor/dirty connection, damaged wiring, or a bad throttle position sensor.  Check the wiring first, that's free.  If the wiring is good, and the connection is tight and clean, replace the throttle position sensor.
