CODERS!! Please need your advice

hello, I hope you can please help me ...I need to hire a coder in the next few days for a new site. every time I THINK I have a good bid from someone , like on getacoder, or getaFreelancer..They turn out to either NOT know what I need, or even ask for cash wire ...Upfront LOL!

What am I doing wrong when I place my project? how do I know that there profile is TRUE and feedback is real?

They should be providing a contract that both of you sign laying out the work in detail to be done, the expected completion date, the amount required for starting, their legal name and address and more before you even start.

GetaFreelancer.com has FAQs and can address your concerns directly. Actually, you can buy eCommerce software and use it to setup your own.  If you have a good paid hosing service, check through your Control Panel as many will have the eCommerce application available for you to install with their installer.  You just need to customize it from then on.  Some also provide a PayPal setup in the Control Panel.  Check yours.
