COLOUR PRINTING OUT OF ALIGNMENT - PRINTING FUZZY

Question

My MFC-9420 was recently serviced and the toners replaced.Lately it has a problem when colour printing is done. The colours do not seem to be aligned properly hence causing a fuzzy out of focus type of print. Can anyone help ??? Is there an alignment somewhere via the software side or on the machine itself ??Mike Smit - [e-mail]
