Question:

COMCAST -- what did you do about your issues?

Here are a few of my issues with Comcast. Sorry for the rant. Wanted to know what any of you have done to fix problems with them? Seems like I write a million e-mails and chat a hundred times to no avail!

1 - Tech comes to install two TVs and internet. Here for 7 hours, hooks up ONE TV, and drills a giant hole in my brand new hardwood floors for the internet. (Which would have been fine, if it were necessary). This tech talks on his personal cell all day with wife/girlfriend complaining about the job @ my home, that my wires were bad, etc. He was using the old & dead Directv lines, that's why they didn't work. My dog took a c**p right in front of him & I on the floor, I got up to clean it and when I cleaned it he called his supervisor, again in front of me, and said the animal f***s in the house made him sick. My brand new remodeled CLEAN home. The dog crapped right in front of me, I IMMEDIATELY got up to clean it. Ugh. Just an excuse to leave. Also, this tech screwed me out of my bundle deal because he hooked up the WRONG internet & WRONG cable packages. This guy was the worst! I hear Comcast techs aren't supposed to sit or lounge around, this guy layed on my floor & talked to his girlfriend/wife for almost an hour at a time. Kept taking breaks from doing nothing in the first place!!

  1. We switched to DirecTV, then to Dish network.  As soon as FIOS TV is available in our area we're giving that a try.


  2. Can't believe I'm happy Warner bought them out here.

    But, oh yeah.

    Gotta love the bandwidth thing. Sure WoW and others are digging it. :/
