  10. I experienced something paranormal (something beyond the normal experience or scientific explanation)  last summer. I had my mind read and saw others that had the same experience.

I was hiking the Appalachian trail and decided to get off of the trail to work on an organic farm for a week. The owner of the farm, ask us after dinner one night, if Amy (of the his farm hands) could read our mind. Myself and two of my friends agreed.

She told us that she would ask us a question and then look into our eyes for the answer, write it down on a piece of paper then fold it up and put it aside. She would then ask us to tell her the answer and then write it down and put it in front of us.

She ask me what my high school girlfriend's name was, looked into my eyes and then wrote something down on a piece of paper, folded it up and set aside on top of the table. Then she ask to think of something in my bedroom, that has significance. She looked into my eyes and wrote something down one the paper, folded it up and pushed it aside. Then she ask me and I told her my martial arts belt. she wrote that down on the paper in front of me. she then ask me if I preferred Doritos or pringles, looked in eyes wrote set aside.

After the three questions I had three pieces of paper in front of me that plainly said....Sherrie...Belt......Dorritoes.

At that point she gave me the three pieces of rolled paper and I unrolled them....they were an exact match. Everyone there was blown away, we just couldnt understand how that could actually happen.

The next person went and had the same experience, exactly correct answers and we were all amazed again. Finally the last person went, she ask him to think of the house he grew up in, she then corrected herself and said think of the address of the house you grew up in and include the number.

We all thought that there was no way that she would get that right. But in absolute amazement she got the number and street name right, 100% correct. Talk about dumbfounded, no one said a word, everyone was looking around the room with their jaws open. I have never in my live experienced something like that. It  shook my beliefs to the core, there was no way possible that she could have engineered a trick or able to get any information on us before hand. We were hikers and we all used "trail" names which were not even our real names. No way possible to trick, the folded papers never left my sight, no way a trick could have been played.

Later I ask her about how she could do this, she said that she has always had some kind of strange coincidences in life before she found a class at a liberal arts college that taught "how to improve your senses" she said that about 6 of 30 could really produce dependable results. It consisted of looking into a candle flame and in someones eyes for hours on end. A type of meditation she explained.

I found a book months after that experience and it outlined exactly what she had talked about. So if you are interested in doing or testing this try and find a book on the subject. I was a skeptic before but now a believer. Still amazed a year later. absolute truth

  11. During the full moon on a windy dreary evening, the branches outside my window of a tall pine tree scratch the panes of glass ...... curiously I quietly walk over to have a peek. The same image appears,...again. A troll like grey thing with pointy ears--kinda transparent peers through the bushes with it's squinty red eyes. A soft smoke lies low to the ground, as it vanishes into nowhere. The moon is my only witness, as the soft echo's in the wind call my name into the darkness. I follow a path, looking into the distance ...... the forests entrance-- as if the moon beams direct me there.

Then I awake, and notice groggily the scratch marks on my window pane, are etched with my name .....

  12. In 1984, Uri Geller invited the noted skeptic, James Randi, to appear with him on public access TV show and have his beard bent into the shape of a walrus. Randi was skeptical at first. He was also skeptical during and skeptical after. Point of fact: he is still skeptical to this very day. People that run into him on the street tend to say, "Hey, I just noticed that you look like a skeptic." He replies, "Really? I remain unconvinced". That's why he's a noted skeptic and not just an ordinary one, though what is meant by noted is debatable.
