COMPATIBILITY: Scorpio/Sagittarius cusp man and Sagittarius woman?

I was born on November 21st, (Scorpio on Sagittarius cusp) and my girlfriend was born on November 29th (Sagittarius). I like her, and she seems to like me. But sometimes I don't understand what's going on in her mind? How compatible are we horoscope-wise? Are there things I can learn from astrology to make our relationship stronger and long-lasting?

I am a sagittarius woman (12/9) married to a scorpio/sag cusp (11/23) for 16 years now, together for 23 years.  If you both can compromise and understand that any good relationship takes work - it's worth it.

Definitely a bumpy beginning - partly because we were young.  I broke up with him many times because I didn't think he was communicating truthfully with me - so I thought I should give him an out.  He stuck it out and kept coming back and the rest is history.

I find him to be unpredictable and nobody can spend money like him.  It makes me have to be more responsible - not so easy for a Sag.  I also have infinitely more patience than he does when it comes to raising our kids.  He also tends to have jealousy when my time is absorbed by those "responsibilites".

When it's just the two of us, things are incredible.  When we throw in responsibilities - a little more stressful.  I always tell him how I feel - whether he wants to hear or not.  I don't want him guessing how I feel!  It's 100% true that sagittarius do not have secrets - it's all out there.
