  1. Log into your computer again and see what happens.  I've had error reports I think on my computer before.

  2. With that message, it's not a virus, and probably not overheating. It's a Windows crash or improper shutdown. This is caused by a bad driver, or by a program conflict, sometimes having to do with security programs. You can send the error report in complete safety, but it will not solve any Windows problems. Your computer may need to be diagnosed and optimized or updated.

The PC Tools product is PC PitStop Optimizer 2.0. To get it to do anything will cost $30.00, but it is a good on line scanner and optimizer.

Run it and register and pay the fee. It can do wonders for some computer problems, and it is very safe to use.

  3. Its definitely not the virus.

Its your hardware. Some of your installed hardwares, were not working accurately.

I had this problem when my ram and graphics card happened to stop working or inaccurately.

Don't take tension, its not a very big problem. If this situation continues, i suggest you to reinstall your Windows.

  4. Hi,

Relax, this doesn't sound like a virus at all.

Think back.. did the system randomly start or did you plug in a game controller? The "system has recovered from a serious error" message usually pops up when you plug in a hardware that affects the voltage / electricity supply of the computer.

    Try this:

    1. Plug out all of your additional peripherals including joysticks, game controllers, external hard drive etc. You can of course keep the keyboard and mouse.

    2. Restart your machine. Check if this resolves the problem.

    3. Back up all your valuable data on a external hard drive

    4. Download SpeedFan from http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php and install.

    5. Connect all your peripherals back again and restart machine.

You should be good to go!

  5. Not a virus. More like an overheat. My computer overheats all the time and just shuts off for no reason. Its not a virus. Don't panic.

  6. Don't send. Run a defrag on your computer as well as a virus scan and spyware scan. If you need a free spyware program get hitman pro and i'd suggest to buy a good virus scanner if you don't already have one. If this happens again the try downloaded regeditor from pctools for free and let it scan. if it still happens take it to a tech.
