PS: When a question refers an object to be 60kg. Do we assume that the 15kg is the mass? or the weight? in Physics

a) What is the pressure on a chair leg of a chair that is (60kg on all 4 legs) of area = 0.020cm³

First of all, you can't do a direct conversion between cm^2 and m^3.  They need to have the same power.  But to change cm to m, you need to divide by 100 for each factor - so cm^2 to m^2 is cm^2 / (100^2).
