PS: When a question refers an object to be 60kg. Do we assume that the 15kg is the mass? or the weight? in Physics

Because the question says

  1. First of all, you can't do a direct conversion between cm^2 and m^3.  They need to have the same power.  But to change cm to m, you need to divide by 100 for each factor - so cm^2 to m^2 is cm^2 / (100^2).
