CORRECTIONS 4 SHOTS! Meningitis, tdap, chicken pox, AND Hep B

Question

And if you read my other questions, I am SOOO scared of shots.

I had the chicken pox shot when I was 11 but I guess I need to get it again.. And the hepatitus B shot..

What can I do?!!?!?!?!

4 shots is ALOT when your scared of them! Its alot even if your not..

Help?

Is there something I can take before to help me?

I used to be scared of shots too. I'm not sure if there is anything you can take before your shots to help you but I suggest that when you are getting your shot, just try not to think about it. It honestly doesn't hurt that much. Trust me, I got my Tdap and chicken pox shots done just recently. Just try to keep your mind onto other things and all you'll feel is a little pinch. Depending on where they inject the shot, you might feel a bit sore afterwords. If you do feel sore after, I reccomend taking some type of pain killer: Tylenol, Advil, etc. I hope this helps!
