It probably would cost a bit more but over 10 to 15% more one would have to question that. Supply and demand dictates that there be some increases and their is added labors and the fact that organic production is frequently a bit lower but now we are getting into best management practices. Shop around if the price is not right and don't support merchants who gouge patrons. There should in reality be little price difference but until there is some catching up in the world of agriculture you can expect to pay a bit more. As demand goes up supply will and cost will drop. Everything depends on how close your dairy producers are as to the base price you are working with.
