COULD SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME A GOOD WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT ?

right coz im stupid n new with this i deleted my question by accident so.. im 5ft4 and i weigh 10 stone never bin slim so i ant just gained a lot of weight sum people say its puppy fat but im 16 if its puppy fat it shud av gone by now im desperate to loose weight just need a bit of help so does any one have any ideas for me alsoo its just my stumak thats the problem my arms legs and uper body are quite slim but them my tumy n sides are just ciurny n big i hate em x

  9. ignore the two before that is pathetic answers! Drink a glass of warm lemon water in the morning before you eat anything so it helps to detox. Do alot of cardio work such as running, swimming, cycling and walking too! Then eat less sugary and fatty food and more fruit and vegetable. I hope it helps! x
