  1. Exactly what Groovy said. i have to ask though Why are you sticking with this clown??

Is that what you want from life running back and forth to county on visiting days which soon turns into running  back and forth to State Prison and maybe evebn Federal and believe me if he goes state or Federal they can and may ship him miles away  Plane rides away

So all you have is a few letters and a Huge phone bill and constantly sending him money to keep him in toothpaste food, paper, stamps etc.

Heaven forbid you all bring a little one into that mix What a great thing to deal with Single Motherhood while hunny is doing time which turns out to be Most the time

I lived with a hustler once and He and I were together for 10 years. Sadly we had only 2 and a half of that time actually together as he spent most iof it in jail.

I grew a brain and got a life.

I wa yopung and wasted a lot of time on him.

Think about it Is that what you really want?

You can do better all you need to do is try.

  2. He probably would not have gotten county parole on a 90-day sentence, anyway; it is too short.  Every prisoner in a jail is entitled to a reduction of approximately 1/3 so long as the prisoner behaves and does not refuse work assignments, so a 90-day sentence is completed in 60 days.  (Pen C 4019.)  In some counties, jail overcrowding has resulted in earlier releases, but nobody is entitled to that.

  3. he sounds stupid, let him sit in there, maybe it will give him a few more brain cells

  4. 90  days  it  is..............unless  something  change

  5. He will serve all time consecutively.  The general rule for "good behavior" releases is 1 day per month if the correctional facility and judge allow it.  So he would be detained for a minimum of 86 consecutive days in the county correctional facility.
