i KNOW iT SOUNdS STUPiD BUT i HAVE TWO PAiRS Of CONTACTS... [PERSCRiPTiON] AND [COlORED (UNPERSCRiBED)] . i WANTED TO KNOW iF i COUlD WEAR TWO CONTACTS iN ONE EYE JUST FOR ABOUT SEVEN HOURS.? iS iT POSSiBLE OR WiLL MY EYES GET iNFECTED? i AM UNABlE TO GET COLORED PERSCRiBED CONTACTS SO iM WONDERiNG iF THiS WiLL WORK. THANKS SO MUCH!

  1. Not unless you want to damage your eyes.  


  2. It's not wise to wear the two lenses at the same time because you'll be getting much less oxygen to your eye and will risk having a corneal abrasion or inflammation which can lead to an infection.  Why can't you get a proper prescription for the colored lenses?  You probably shouldn't be wearing  them if they aren't prescribed for you.

  3. im afraid not, just stick to your prescribed ones and maybe later on have laser eye treatment and then you can wear coloured ones lol =)

    2. No, you can't wear two contacts in one eye.

  6. No....you would severely reduce the oxygen level to your eye, and that's not healthy.  Additionally, they probably won't stay perfectly aligned one atop the other and so would just look weird....
