Question:

CPA Exam Question....AP credits?

I am planning to take the CPA exam after I graduate with a BS degree. My college gives me credit (units) for the AP exams I passed in high school. These units count towards the 120 needed for a undergrad degree.

I know that to get a CPA ones needs 150 units of education. Will the units I received for completing the AP exams count toward this?

Thanks!

  1. The AP exam counts for college credit.  The CPA exam, at least in Texas, does not discount those credits.  You earned them.  They count.
