CPU Fan.

Question

I recently opened up the tower case on my Gateway 500GR PC desktop to clean up the dust off. I also did take outthe fans and dusted them then put them back. However, the CPU fan sounds much louder now, like its spinning too fast than usual or something like tha. What could I have done wrong.. I checked it again and looks like I put it back correctly.
