Anyway, maybe it is just a dream!!!

Has anyway really scary happened lately?

I'm sure it is just coincedence!

    Good Luck

  3. Your dream suggests a driver of stress and a concern deep inside truly relating to the alligator signs behind your home.

The stress may come from everyday priorities and demnands of family and job.  That leaves your subconscious mind vulnerable to absorbing all kinds of worried.  You clearly describe what many would consider to be a very real threat - the alligator 'slides' - meaning their presence.  Who would not be rationally on guard about that?

And alligators are a bit insideous to most of us - they crawl quickly and take prey viciously.  Some of that must have crept into your mind as it relates to family safety and security.  Given then perhaps that one anxiety - and others not pinpointed - such a dream borrows the images of these creatures and the mind synthesizes your 'worst nightmare'.

But you do mention that the closer the time for return to school, the more you dream this - that leads away from home to a degree.  You seem to have some fear of those kids going to school.  You also mention drugs and that the kids do not do that.  Apparently in looking up 'alligators' you found a published tie between the two - but it may be a perceived hazard at their school that gives rise to this dream.  Consider whether you do have some concerns about that place that might impose some insecurities on your part where the kids are concerned.

In short, the pond creates an image - from a nearby source where threat is perceived - and affirms a potential threat that lingers in your mind; school seems to hold some hazard that you are not comfortable with and perhaps need to understand better so it can be dealt with rationally; and, even the home cannot protect should this menace invade - from school, pond or elsewhere.

Your children's exposure at school seems to be key in this.  Look at that rationally, gain the information you can and deal with the situation as affirmatively as possible - this can help prevent problems and give you needed peace of mind.

    All the best to you.
