CRAZY ABOUT YAHOO....

MY EX NICK CREATED 7 YEARS AGO, THE PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO QUICK COMMENT FEATURE ON MY BLOGGGGGG. (I'M SURE I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE SHOULD I FIND IT). I DID ASK THE YAHOO 360 GROUP, THEY TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM SOON. NOW, AFTER NEARLY 1 YEARS, NOTHING SEEMED TO BE DONE....

I CREATED MY NEW NICK, NOW, I FACE ANOTHER PROBLEM: EVERYTIME I CLICK ON "COMPOSE A BLOG ENTRY", THE PAGE TURNS TO "BLOG SETTING", AND THE "Description" IS ALWAYS LEAVED BLANK. I ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE "description" BEFORE I CAN CLICK "SAVE SETTING". AFTER 1 OR 2 TIMES, FINALLY, THE PAGE TURN INTO THE "Blog Compose"............

THANKS GOD, AT LEAST THE BLOG WORKS FINE WITH THE CONTENT, BUT, NOT WITH THE "HTML CODE"...

I CANT PUT IN ANY IMAGE LINK,

CANT PUT THE CODE LIKES YOUTUBE CODE <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/oQ9iEDML... name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/oQ9iEDMLZp... type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

(I AM SURE I HAVE TICKED THE "VIEW HTML SOURCE")

EVERYTIME I PUT SOMETHING AS A HTML CODE IN TO MY NEW ENTRY, IF I PRESS "REVIEW" OR "POST THIS ENTRY", THE PAGE TURN INTO "Blog Setting" AGAIN. AND ONCE AGAIN, I HAVE TO FILL IN THE "Description", THEN I CLICK "SAVE". THEN THE PAGE GOT BACK TO "MY PAGE" AND MY NEW BLOG ENTRY STILL DOES NOT SHOW UP...................LUCKILY,,,SOMETIMES... DOES SHOW UP....BUT..... EXACTLY THE SAME CODE....WITH NO IMAGES, NO VIDEO.....

SOMEBODY GOTTA HELP ME PLEASE.....................................

  1. A link to your current 360 space (with a public blog) would help people answer this question.

    As for your quick comment problem, if your Yahoo account was created in an Asian country (not sure which one) then your quick comment might be missing. But basically there are a lot of 360 glitches and it varies between spaces. Getting a new 360 space doesn&#039;t make you immune from them.

    1) The blog settings page problem has happened before and started up again recently. If you get that page when clicking on a link or posting when it&#039;s supposed to be going elsewhere, then click the &quot;Back&quot; button your browser and try again.

    2) Keep your browser&#039;s cookies and cache cleared often. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

    In Firefox, click the &quot;Clear Cache Now&quot; button under Tools &gt; Options &gt; Privacy &gt; Cache.

    In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

    In Firefox, do this under Tools &gt; Options &gt; Privacy &gt; Cookies &gt; Clear Cookies Now

    In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools &gt; Internet Options &gt; General &gt; Browsing History &gt; Delete &gt; Delete Cookies &gt; Yes

    In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.

    3) You may want to consider using a different browser. Perhaps try out Mozilla Firefox, if you haven&#039;t already - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ .

    As for using HTML code in your blog, it&#039;s not just about clicking the &quot;View HTML Source&quot; box. It&#039;s also about WHEN you click the box.

    - Select the code you want to copy, then right-click to select &quot;Copy.&quot;

    - Check the &quot;View HTML Source&quot; box in the toolbar of the blog entry, then position your cursor and right-click to choose &quot;Paste.&quot;

    - Uncheck the box to get back to the regular blog screen.

    WARNING: Do not save your entry with out adding some text or else the object may not appear.
