  1. Creatine is a protein to gain muscle mass immediately. it doesnt really help with strength, and it allows the muscle cell to be hydrated completely with water. The effect wears off after about 3 to 5 weeks. it just makes your muscle look bigger for a short while. Be careful though when taking this product. It can also control the enzyme's in your liver! A very important organ for blood regulation and metabolizing. I would suggest you consult a nutritionist, or your personal doctor....

  2. No it helps build muscle by adding water weight and make you look bigger. If you injured dont take it as a supplement to cure you injury even if it is a muscle problem.  Consult a doctor.  Creatine will not help.

  3. knaw sorry but it dosent. what creatine does is that it gives you that extra boost for better performance when working out. try protein or look for what you need at gnc.com they have a variety of supplements for ligaments..

  4. Nope. All creatine does it store water in the muscles which helps to break down protein better and rebuild muscle. It does not help to strengthen ligaments. If anything it will be WORSE for the ligaments because the larger muscles will get stronger and therefore put more stress on the ligaments.

The only thing that will help is rest and physical therapy. Not to sound conceited but anybody that tells you differently is an idiot. I am a physical therapist and I deal with this stuff everyday.

  5. yes it does

  6. yes, creatine helps retain water in the body allowing muscles to repair themselves faster once tearing them
