CREST whitening strips?

I just bought the ones made for 14 days. I have 2 questions.

1. Do you rinse after you use them?

2. Can you eat/drink right after?

not right after and u should brush after... btw they ruin the enamel

2. I try not to eat/drink right after. I wait for about 30 minutes or so.

Read the directions to make sure, but I'm almost positive it says to rinse after if you want, but don't brush your teeth right before. And yeah you can eat/drink right after.

I had the same ones. Rinse after using them, ewwww if not! and wait like an hour before eating/drinking besides water
