CS-32309 32" TV does not say on

Question

Hi,I have a CS-32309 32" TV which does not stay on. When I turn it on I hear a clicking noise and a sound of a mechanical device (may be a fan) that starts then it is followed by another clicking sound followed by the sound of the mechanical device shutting off. There is an LED marked Prog. Timer that blinks slowly after the TV shuts off. Please let me know if it can be fixed or I have to toss it out.Regards,Dennis
