CS condition zero cheat code?

Question

I am just wondering why I am unable actually to use any of the cheats in the single player mode. I'm not terribly good at all this stuff, just like to muck around to kill some time, haha. I have tried entering "sv_cheats 1" into the console and then "restart", but cheats like "god" and "notarget" are ineffective even after this. Why?

ur version and mode of ur cs is different. and some dont allow cheats
