Hey, well i am making a skin for a website (if you dont know what a skin is it doesnt matter) and it is going to have a jonas brothers theme and i was making the main picture part for it and it has a big picture of the jonas brothers then underneath it has some writing.
It looks very plain right now and i wanted to jazz it up with some swirls around it and such, but when i clicked on where i wanted the swirls to go it just didnt work? Whatever brush i use it doesnt work. I tried all sorts of thing, saving it and starting again or copying it in but it doesnt work.
It once allowed me to do white ones but that is no good as the background is white and it wouldnt let me change the colour, but i cant even do that now!
Nothing like this has ever happened to me before whilst using CS3 and i would really like to complete it, any suggestions?
