Question:

CSA Maintenance and Working Family Tax Credit?

I am currently working full-time to support my baby. I claim Child Tax Credits, WF Tax Credits and Child Benefit.

I do not claim Income Support, JSA etc.

I have been in contact with the CSA, and they are arranging for me to receive some maintenance from my ex-partner, will this affect my Tax Credits or WF Tax Credits in anyway? I was lead to believe that CSA Payments only affect IS and JSA, but I thought I had better check.

Thank you.
