CSKA Moscow director Roman Babaev quashes rumours linking http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Keisuke-Honda-c20516 to Juventus FC
CSKA Moscow general director, Roman Babaev, is frustrated over the news stories linking his star midfielder, Keisuke Honda, with a switch to Italian Serie A giants, Juventus FC.
Babaev said that newspapers have been making up gossip stories and revealed that the Russian club have not received a concrete offer form the club.
“Juventus are interested in Honda? They haven’t signed their interest neither in talks, nor in proposals. Just look at the news about Honda: Unknown representative of Juventus gives a comment with a request. I think it is just another newspaper hoax. That
is not serious”. He exclaimed.
An undisclosed representative of Juventus FC had revealed that the Serie A club has started negotiations with the army men over a possible transfer of Honda, assuring that the discussions are at an advance stage.
The Italian club are doing their best to lure the Japanese sensation to Turin. Many believe that it’s only a matter of time before the Japanese talisman packs his bags for the Italian peninsula. La Vecchia Signora are reportedly eager to break the news to
expectant fans in the coming days.
“We will do everything possible to buy Honda. Some details of the transfer are still to be discussed. And if we deal with them, Honda’s transfer will be announced in a few days.” The anonymous source has been quoted as saying.
Roman Babaev lashed out at the media for making such comments. However, the Japanese national is flattered by the interest from the Italian club and revealed:
“To be honest, it is not bad, when your name is associated with such a big club.”

interest in the 25-year-old.
