defensive class after Pontus Wernbloom was sent off.
The Swedish International made life difficult for the Moscow-based club after packing up a straight red card late in the game.
“When we scored an early goal, we started defending and tried to catch Anzhi on the counterattacks. The weather conditions did not help both teams so there was a bit of luck involved.
“Love played brilliantly. He moved to a different position after Wernbloom was sent off. Anzhi is a good team. It is one of the top-end Russian team which are doing fine in the European tournament. I am really
pleased with the way my team has played. It was a great pleasure to win two trophies in a season,” The former Uralan Elista man was quoted as saying.
The nail-biting cup tie went down to extra time after both the teams failed to score more than one goal until 90 minutes mark. Ahmed Musa and Lassana Diarra scored for CSKA and Anzhi respectively.
The Nigerian International winger-c*m-striker, Musa, scored his fourth goal in the cup competition having already scored against the likes of FC Tyumen, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Rostov-c39192 and Yenisey Krasnoyarsk.

The Armeytsy will now lock horns with runners-up Zenit St. Petersburg in the Russian Super Cup at the start of next month.
