CSX Railroad question please?

Where can i find a listing of all the CSX routes with origin and destination?

What i mean by routes is Q416 or K458 or similar. I dont want the subdivision information because i have that part already and want to chart individual trains. Thanks ahead of time.

there is a web site that will the train number but not the departing times trains.com or go to train junkie you can find other related stuff there too.
