CT-F683 TV fault

Question

My dad's TEAC CT-F683 TV picture is larger than the physical screen, so when watching say sports on Foxtel,  eg. tennis, soccer,cricket, etc the score or other info (which is normally in top or bottom corners) cannot be seen !!  I went thru the menu to set the TV picture, etc but could reduce the picture size ??   How can this be fixed??
