CURRY. where are the best curry houses in Leeds/Bradford?

Our daughter has just moved to Leeds and wants to know where to find the best curries. Where do you reccomend.

My favourite Indian restaurant in Leeds is definitely Shabab at 2 Eastgate.

Bradford it would be the Sweet Centre in Lumb Lane, It does not serve alcohol but you can take your own.

Check out their website...a chain of curry houses...delicious...a bit more expensive than normal...so if a student, cheaper ones near Uni...but nice curries.

Half the fun is trying them all to see if you find one you like.

I moved to Leeds last year to start university and i hope your daughter enjoys it here as much as i am doing. For a curry, me and my mates usually end up in Balti King, which is on Selby Rd.

one of the best curries i have every had (apart from home made) was in a restuarant called mumtaz in bradford

the food  / service / restaurant were all very nice - but i would recommend you book

I was even told my someone that the queen came to bradford to open up a temple, and the mumtaz chefs done the catering for her
